CENTI — the Clean Energy National Talent Initiative — is a coordinated effort to train, screen and place the technicians, engineers, operators and support staff that Nigeria's clean energy sector needs to scale.
What we do
We combine structured training modules, recorded video interviews, and employer-driven role profiles to produce candidates who arrive on day one already trained, interviewed and matched to real openings — across solar, mini-grids, storage, e-mobility and metering.

Employers hiring at any scale — from installers to project engineers — and jobseekers looking for a durable career in clean energy. Employers request roles; candidates train, get interviewed, and get placed.
